How we work with founders?
Our team experimented and tried various approaches to create lasting and valuable impact for the founders we support. We ended up working with a small and highly curated group of coaches, some of whom we involve before we make an investment. Our founders choose the coach that best matches their values and goals. We embark on this journey of growth together, bringing the ecosystem of founders and investors together through frequent retreats that we organize.
We invest as much in the company as in the founder, as personal well-being/growth leads to greater adaptability and the uncompromising execution needed to build a lasting legacy.
